Training

All training is at Carnforth Civic Hall (see contact us page for map and details).

Training times are detailed below:

Friday 7pm-9pm

Parents, friends and family are welcome to watch, or join in.

The cost of training is £3.50 per session which is very reasonable compared to other local clubs.

There is an annual membership fee of £15 which is the association fee, and covers insurance.

Training sessions consist of a warm up, traditional basics, kata (form), pair work and sparring. We also spend time looking at self defence, and touch on some other martial arts.
